The EE braggers thread!!!

This is my mostly mean 27-28 week EE, Agatha. When do most EEs start laying?? I wanna see a pretty egg!!
Should be any day now. Does she squat for you? Is she checking out the nests? Is her comb getting redder??
My Si reached POL at about 26 weeks and Rumples was about 30. Agatha is beautiful!

She doesn't seem at all interested in the nesting box. She's squatted twice but it was more bc I had her "cornered" while I was cleaning out the coop. And her comb and wattles will look really red one day and just pink the next. :-( I don't get it. After losing our Wyandotte, she's our only non-bantam so is really love a good sized green or blue egg, but nada. :-(

This is Peeper my EE, who may or may not be a boy. He has second biggest cheeks and one of the few who let me rub his chin.

I really hope he is a girl though. so I can keep it. He only has his wing tips but his tail feathers are coming in and that gives me hope.

Were you able to feather sex him/her?

I tried but i have no clue as to what I'm looking for. I just have a feeling he is a boy cause he is braver than the others and bigger.
How many days old is he? It might be too late to tell, but if the wing feathers are the same length then it would be a roo. If one is taller and the next one is shorter its a pullet.
