really thought it was a hen) I apologize to anyone who I may have upset or offended. That was not my intentions.

Ok so now it's time to rename him. Any suggestions? Also, I have a question for y'all.....we have a hen that was suppose to be an Olive Egger but for some reason she lays dark brown eggs. She came from a green egg so it's weird that she doesn't lay green eggs. Anyways, since my EE is a roo do y'all think that their offspring would lay green eggs?

No upset/offense here - and I am sorry that your Ellie is an Elliot......but he is a gorgeous bird!

He's a very pretty bird. If he has the personality to match, he'd be an awesome rooster to keep.

Crickett your EE is very similar in coloring to a Splash Wheaten Ameraucana, Which means he has 2 copies of the "Blue" gene, expect many of his offspring to show those "bluish grey" feathers that he has in his tail & beard.
Just thought you'd like to know.

Not a recognized color in any breed . Silver is involved and probably Columbian . She has the blackface or moonface of South American origins .

Thanks y'all! We will be keeping him! Might have to move him to another coop if our SFH roo starts to fight with him though.
