Don't expect any until they're 26 to 30 weeks old. If that happens when it's too cold then it maybe a little older.
Some folks say theirs start laying around 23 to 24 weeks, but my experience with EE's they are closer to 26 to 30 before lay.
That's depressing. Mine are almost 23 weeks. I had read reviews on the hatchery website from several people saying they had eggs from their EEs at 17 weeks! The waiting is impossible.
I know how you feel. I've even threatened to rehome. It didn't work. apparently she did not take it as a serious threat.
