It was a long time ago, so I can't remember completely, but I want to say it was around 7-8 months. My EEs were the last of my hens to start laying.

My youngest ever was 14 weeks of age to 10 months ...



This is my youngest ever egg layer and this photo was taken at her 21st week and as you can see she hatched out a couple of chicks ........

Put these eggs in the incubator 5 days ago, all the green eggs are EE's, lady i bought the greenest one's from called them Olive Egger's. I think that an Olive Egger would be considered an EE'r ?

The majority of mine started laying right at 6 months, several to the day, but one little girl, the daughter of one of those, started laying at 5.5 months which surprised me as sit was in the coldest longest days of winter.

Yep. Olive Eggers got their name from people crossing EEs that lay green with dark brown layers to get darker green.

With mine: 24 weeks for one and 26 weeks for the other

I've raised and hatched quite a few of them and they started laying between 4 and 7 months.

Speaking of Wyandottes and EEs, here's an update on my chicks!
They officially turned 8 weeks old last Thursday.
