Updated pics of jupiter! 90% sure its rooster (thanks a lot sexed hatcheries) but I actually might keep him! He’s so pretty!
 
I agree, the relatively uniform color is more hen like or at least not indicative of male. If red blotchy patches on the shoulders popped up then that would scream rooster for sure. Females have long tails and curvy cushion feathers that will stress you out.

I figured because of the pointed hackle feathers and small growing spurs (even though females can have them, I’ve seen them mostly in roos) it might be a roo. The comb and wattles are a bit small I’ll admit.

I agree, nothing about it says cockerel to me. The male specific feathering doesn't normally start coming in until around 12 weeks. I believe the "pointy" hackle feathers are an optical illusion caused by the patterns on the feathers. My male EEs have almost always had bright red combs by 6 weeks.

And just a side note, most birds that have muffs don't grow wattles.
