This is my three, thinking the lightest and the darker one are both boys based on behavior and looks.

It’s hard to see but his comb has come in and is getting darker.

this is the one who likes to fight.He/she side wings me often and even pecks at my hands and has a very roostetly stance and very watchful.

I think this is a pullet.Most pretty skittish,and avoids sparring.
 
Not so much different coloration as the location of coloration like a bird with red shoulder patches is male. A female could be red anywhere else but if it is just the shoulders its a boy.
EE are such a variety of colors though you don't always get patch luxury. But iv'e noticed these guys display gender stance early and heavy. Boys stand like boys and girls like girls.
I think you're spot on with yours two males one female.:)
So males and females have different coloring?I have 4 week old chicks,3 being Easter eggers.I defiantly think I have s few roosters
