This gives me a great idea of what a silver duckwing w/mahogany alleles would look like.

Hello this is my only EE from a huge EE rooster over a red star. I hatched her and her brother who was georgeous but had a ticket to freezer camp as he started too crow at six weeks of age.

I love her dark slate blue legs !

thankyou, that one is one of my favorites of the group. Here are some of the others taken today.

There are 12 pullets and one roo in this run. All about 13 weeks old now. give or take

this is a full sister to Daisy, my pullet hatched last March. This one though doesn't have the same temperment as Daisy, this one is a bit of a grouch. Likes to go after the pullets from the other group.

of the 6 roos I got out of the 18, I kept this one. The one I really wanted to keep, died the day I parted with the other roos, from some freak accident in the coop. grrrr. This guy is ugly, but, I kept him as he has leghorn/orpington mixed in, so he will kick off some size and egg laying skills in his future offspring.

This is Cheeky, she is not scared of me at all, sometimes gets a bit too close......and lippy. thus the name. was this way since chickhood. she's in an ugly , gangly stage right now too.
