My half EE half Araucana rooster. Tried for a better pic but, still doesn't do him justice. He only has two long tail feathers.

My current favorite hen. Hopefully she'll get broody this spring!

LOVE the silver duckwing EE hen.

I just visited you BYC page and although it was made a while ago the pictures of the duckling and chicks are so sweet. So I know that you have a lot of chicks and maybe you don't need all of those EE babies !!! nah just kidding I get mine in two weeks and after that I sure hope at least on of my hens goes broody.

BTW it is nice to see a young man working with birds.................and the new babies are sweet also

I think that a lot of people here agree with me when I say that There's no such thing as too many chickens! lol you always find room for more lol.
This are actually supposed to be Olive Eggers, as my main rooster is a Black Copper Maran! So I can't wait for them to start laying to see those nice Olive eggs.
I've been interested in animals since I was a kid and well last year i started with just 3 chickens and now I jave like 50 lol, my friends pick on me sometimes for having chickens but they dont understand how rewarding this little chooks can be!

I'm kind of limited by the number DW will allow me to have. However, less equals a hobby and pets, more equals work and work is a four letter word, if you get my drift. I have 10 laying now, I think, but I also have three more that will be soon, I'm not in this for trying to make money on selling chicks or eggs, so similar to the Marine slogan, "I'm looking for few good chickens!"
