The EE braggers thread!!!

Quote:
If they are pea combed they will likely lay a form of green or blue (some more blue some more green some more olive some more pale) But if they have a single comb (bigger comb) they will likely lay some form of brown, this includes a variation of brown that has a "dusky coating" giving it a pink look.

EE's name is a perfect description of them because they can give you green, olive, blue, tan, brown, or pink and or various shades of these colors. Don't be confused though as EE's are NOT Ameracuana chickens or even Aruacana (spelling?) as these are two different breeds of chickens who only lay 1 color of egg (blue).

I don't have many non pea combed female EE pics but a single comb is bigger

This isn't an EE she is a NN (naked neck) but hers is a true single comb, the EE single comb may be smaller then this, but bigger then the pea.

I wanted to join in the fun and give our EE (unintentional) roo a chance to shine... He has really turned out to be pretty fancy. He is about 5 mos old.

He doesn't seem to have a favorite pullet, but that Wheaten Marans by him seems to think he hung the Moon just for her!

You can see the rest of his body here... he is not cooperative for photos!
