There is a man here on BYC, that for the most part, I can't stand. He's a self-proclaimed expert. While he's correct on some basic things, for the most part, he's wrong. He only raises jungle fowl, so that's his only point of reference regarding his expertise. All other fowl, in his expert opinion, should conform to his jungle fowl standards of living, and behavior. Unfortunately, that's simply not true. He tends to be a bully as well.

I don't like that guy. A few other men on here seem to enjoy bullying women from what have read of their responses. They tend to be popular unfortunately.

Yes, a bully. Not exactly rude (not enough to report), but either you agree with him, or he dismisses you with something like "I hope your lack of knowledge works in your favor." OR, "With more experience, you'll grow, and learn more." OR "None of the men I know, would do it that way." It's his "I'm a man, therefore superior to women", and holier-than-though attitude that makes me want to reach into the screen with my rooster stick, and put him in rooster training.

Wow, you need some good lines to throw back at him. First off, on forums, I don't think anyone should put down anothers' answer. If you differ in opinion, write your opinion. Putting someone's opinion down I won't put up with.

He is rude and putting people down. Not allowed on a forum.

"I hope your lack of knowledge works in your favor."- (reply) I could say the same for others like you.
"With more experience, you'll grow, and learn more." - My experience tells me that those who belittle others often are hiding their lack of knowledge.

"None of the men I know, would do it that way." I have to laugh because it's so obvious. The men I know are humble with the vast amount of knowledge they have. It speaks for itself!

I'm sure there are better comebacks you can think of. Written in a general way but quietly lets them know it's them that they are a$$holes.
