The Evolution of Atlas: A Breeding (and Chat) Thread

This is how Alice sits now, tilted way over to the right. She stands with her head over that way, too. She can actually get up on the roost, but this is so weird. I'm amazed that she is still going this way.

We had the Brahma Brothers Epic Battle of 2019 today. Will have it uploaded later. This one is much longer than the other one, LOL. And at the end, one of the sisters got sick of her brothers' antics and jumped into the fray. She kicked some fluffy butt, too!

Wow. Chickens are quite interesting when you watch them interact with eachother.

It's amazing how tough the aged ones are. My blind girl, Princess fluffy britches, can't see but her hearing is good. Every time she hears me she goes directly to the feed bowl.

She also chokes me up when I hold her- she does act like I'm the only familiarity she has left. She sleeps well in my arms.

Finally got the sink hooked up in my bathroom. Why do simple things end up taking a day and a half to get done?

We've been having some cooler weather, like 70's during the day and I'm really enjoying it.

The other night me, DD, and her SIL went to this place where we all sit around the chef that's making the food. It was really nice. I had trout for the first time, then a few courses of German inspired food. Very classy and a small group of 24. The food and company were so good. We will have to do it again. They call some chefs "mixologists" now, I guess it means they put the flavors of a meal together in an interesting way. Personally, I love food no matter what (color plate) it's on , LOL.
