We survived Eta. No damage. It really was not nearly as bad as expected.

Big rain event, I hear. BF's dock was floated up and blown onshore, but he had taken the boat out prior to the storm, so no big damage done.

Yes, I am aware of that one. I don't usually participate in those anymore unless someone tags me, but thanks for showing it to me. My last Del, Georgie, won't be around much longer. I'm glad I bred them for awhile and learned all I did, enough to know that it is a challenge to do the breed really well, with a female line and a male line, etc. Even when you don't raise them any longer, the knowledge sticks!

Thanks. We will sure miss Tiny, crazy as she was. Penny is not doing well. Her crop won't empty. It's just like one of those stress balls. I keep separating her to keep her from eating, give her things to help it empty, but those little hens are so small, it's harder to treat them, IMO. And she is going on 10 years old so this may just be a sign of her impending exit. I adore that tiny hen. She is my Pocket Penny, quietest hen I've ever owned.
