The first person who says eat them...

I have WHAT in my yard? :

The neighbors don't even want them - stupid people....

That's kind of strange. I've never had anybody turn down free eggs. When our neighbors run low, they come pounding on our door.

I got 23 eggs today, a record for us, but in the spring, I expect to get more in one day than that. We scramble them for the dog, the girls(just scrambled 2 doz at once and still had 11 doz in the fridge!), sell and/or give them away to the neighbors and we are going to ask the homeless shelter if they need some eggs for cooking for the residents.

My stepdad's family won't take them. They are paranoid of a bad egg. His mom throws the eggs out if they reach room temp on the counter.

maybe make quiches and freeze them....I think that is what I would do. Then nights I don't feel like cooking that is whats for dinner.

Pickle them!

1 cup vinegar
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 jar pickled jalapeno (plus juice)
Salt to taste

Simmer for 10 minutes and pour over quart jar of peeled hard boiled eggs. Let sit in frig for 4 - 6 weeks. This makes a great gift too for people who like pickled eggs.

Blow out the raw eggs and make ornaments for Christmas, Easter, Birthdays, etc. Be sure to scramble what you blow out for yourself or the girls.

Make lots of Egg Bread and give it away as gifts - or freeze it for use later.

Egg whites make a great face mask! Apply them to face, wait until face feels tight and then rinse well. Feed the yolks back to your girls!

I'm sure there are more - let me think on it a bit.
