Do you have a foodsaver? Same principal as the "Paula Deen egg in a bag thing" except..

Ever seen those little "premade" breakfasts in the grocery stores freezer section - bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes??

MAKE some homemade "TV dinners" - and freeze them. That way all that needs to be done is pop them in the micro and PRESTO - Breakfast in an instant!

How about making cupcakes and freezing those? Individual servings for days when you want something sweet?

Some breads require eggs - ever make Sally Lunn bread? OH MY!!

Angel food cake takes a TON of egg whites.... as done any type of merengue pie (gosh, did I spell that right? LOL, somehow it sounds like the dance...you know.. like "Lets do the MERENGUE!"

Quiche is another quick meal that can be frozen - all all your favs to it - meats, veggies, cheeses, - another quick fix dinner in an instant!

Noodles - that takes alot of eggs most times - make some homemade pasta and raviolis.

Oh the possibilities are endless!
