Cmon people. Stop the politically correct crap. I'd have a hard time
shooting a neighbors horse but I REFUSE to judge him since I do not
know the real details of the horse drama. Everyone I know have done
things at times in there lives that I may not agree with or may even hate.
Some of my friends have actually voted for a Democrat and it hasn't
changed our friendship.

Why don't you do a search on LittleChicken and read his other posts.
They may change your mind.

Normally I would agree with you PurpleChicken (and fellow nutmeger!) but he offers up the details and essentially laughs about them. I am very indifferent to what people do to prtect their flock/family. I figure everyone does what they feel is right and who I am to say what is right or wrong.... but his post just seems cruel. Joking about it seems like adding insult to injury.

The picture of the stuffed horse was pretty funny to me. Humor to one person can
be offensive to another.

What bothered me here is the effort made to put down and judge LittleChicken based
on one incident. The horse had nothing to do with the fox. In addition,
for those who don't want to see or hear graphic details, doesn't it make sense
to stay out of "Predators and Pests".

There are so many wishy washy posts on this board that have nothing at all
to do with chickens. I personally don't like these posts but I'm happy to see
other members here enjoy them. I've enjoyed littlechickens posts and am not
going to stand by while people try and run him off. I've seen it happen a few
times now and am really sick of it.

P.S. If your horse came on my property I'd bring it back to you wearing a saddle
with a carrot and apple in it's mouth.
