So I went to check on the egg this morning. Was expecting a little sebright cross again, since none of the other silkie eggs was fertile. I wasn't even remotely close... sorry had to do screen shots from a video, and used a spatula to lift miss broody. I'm entirely to short to reach to the back of the dog box. Best I was willing to do today! It was up moving about with mom. Nobody seems bothered by it. Mom is being extra good to it too! My hands was like ice, from putting up plastic for a temporary lean too for their run. At least give them some dry outdoor space! It's been a downpour since last night... looks like a bunch of swamp monsters out there
