Gorgeous! I still have those Breda for you. :)

Gidget one of my Midgets has presented me with a poult yesterday. She was still setting eggs, so hopefully she'll have more.

Krazy how's your Phyllis doing with her crazy babies? I love watching mommas with babies. They allow he babies to do things to them that they would beat the snot out of another chicken for. They are just so calm and patient.

Hi everyone. Sorry for not being on in so long but I have been swamped with work lately. We went to PA for a week and then everything piled up-gardening, canning, house cleaning, and I was having doctor visits every week because of my blood pressure. It seems to be under control right now, due to medicine, but I really have to be careful or I will end up on bed rest and I can't afford that! We did get a new van last week, so that is a big relief-our old one is 12 years old with 263,000 miles and it has been breaking down all summer.
Rachael and I are getting close to the end of our swaps and almost everything is laying well right now, so if we still owe you, look for it soon! I am sorry it has taken so long and we will be sending as many extras as we possibly can to help make up for it.

Welcome back, Heather! You have been missed.

Glad you're doing ok! Thankful that your BP is being controlled too! So keep up the good work and stay relaxed. Well as much as a pregnant woman with a thousand things going on and children to care for. Tell hubby you need a back rub! Canning always gets my back all messed up. I'm making spaghetti sauce and tomato paste today. Both take tons of tomatoes! And it smells so yummy in my neck of the woods.

Second this. BM6, please do not send any of my swaps out. I promised DH that I was through brooding after the batch I am currently working on. I would much prefer to get mine early next spring if that is possible. If it is too big an inconvenience, just don't worry about my swaps. I still have to figure out pens for two breeds and want to watch what I have for a few months to decide which are keepers.

Flocks,
Nothing smells yummier than home-made spaghetti sauce except the toasty garlic french bread that MUST be prepared to go with it. LOL
