Beat me to it Blooie - that was my first thought!
I wonder if that has something to do with the naming of: The
Arkansas toothpick is a heavy dagger with a 12–20-inch (30–51 cm) pointed, straight blade. (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arkansas_toothpick) because I also had to look it up. Didn't find Bee's definition though! When I added "raccoon" to the search, I found this page
http://www.luckymojo.com/raccoonpenis.html (and they are selling them!!) with additional names, among them: "Texas toothpick," "mountain man toothpick" but NO mention of Arkansas toothpick.
More things we now know but don't need to
The son of a friend once said that I know a lot of things no one needs to know. She said it was a complement ??
Old age! Of course I have no idea how old you are. I was skype type chatting (for some reason video isn't working for her any more
) with my younger daughter earlier this week and said I couldn't remember something I was going to ask her, must be I am getting old. She said she forgets stuff so she must be old too (she is 18). I said if she is old, I am ANCIENT!
Hmmm
- Arkansas tooth pick
- pencil
- lead in the pencil
Sorry brain went "south" with the word association.

You can click the "quote" button on the bottom of a message so you don't have to explain which post you are referencing (but remove unrelated parts so it is easy for us to follow. As you can see, this is a VERY active thread and takes long enough to read through as it is!).
If you want to reply to more than one, hit the multi button on all but one and the quote button on the last. Saves having a lot of posts.
And, if you don't mind, put your location in your profile. "We" like to know where people are from and if you ever post a question or answer about something where weather might make a difference, people won't have to ask.
