The Front Porch Swing

I agree. LOL

Reminds me of when I was a kid, my older brother always told me not to be afraid of the dark cause if any one grabbed me and carried me off they would drop me under the first light.

What the heck did he mean by that?

How do you ferment the duck water?

What I gather you do is put it in a holding tank and let it sit for a bit ...

At one point in time I had found a really fabulous info graphic showing how to do this ... how long to store the water before using it ... but right now google is being difficult, and I cannot find that awesome info-graphic again.

No doubt he meant that when they got a look at you they would be so stunned by your beauty that they would drop you! hahahaha

I ain't skeerd of the dark. Bad people are afraid to come to my place, especially at night. hehe The only thing I really don't like the thought of is getting snake or spider bit. I have a truck load of snakes around here. When it gets hot they go nocturnal. And those nasty tree spiders are always out there with their huge 3-5 foot wide webs just waiting for you to walk through! Yuck! I hate spiders!

Hi everyone.

My husband and I have been wanting them for some time. They are really low maintenance. They will happily walk over a pasture to munch on brambles, (and do we have brambles) only have to have supplemental grain when it is extremely cold and they are sweet and friendly. We walked right up to the bulls and scratched and petted them. They are small, shaggy and very calm and cute with big sweeping horns. He is holding them for us until we can get the electric fence up and running. I will post pictures as soon as they are home. We are getting our Great Pyrs on Sunday afternoon so the kennel will have to go up tomorrow for temporary use until they get used to our property and know it is home.
I will need a rocking chair on the porch when this week is over.
Hope everyone is feeling better.
