We’re supposed to be getting two mandarin ducklings, and two Pekin ducklings. At least that’s what the label said.
Turned out to be two Swedish Blacks and two jumbo pekins.

FWIW , TSC doesnt know what ducklings are sent. So not sure who told them what to write on label. Ducklings are always straight run, mix variety. At least from texas to Florida anyway

Nice looking flock.

These are just the chicks in the latest batch. My girls from last summer are starting to look rough. Their feathers are over a year old. I’m sure they’ll start looking better after the molt.
I’ve had chickens for over a year now, and never knew I would enjoy it so much!

That saying, “I’m only going to get 10 chickens, but if God wants me to have 20, then 40 it is!” really hits home with me.
