my dad said "Usually i'd have your phone by now..."

then why DONT you? its not fair that you treat her differently.

I'm really sorry about that i wish i could help you, it's just not fair and it makes me mad bc for the smallest thing I get yelled at but if he does the same thing or worse NOTHING HAPPENS, and its really annoying bc its like your always being judged for EVERYTHING you do

my sister gets away with everything but I will get yelled at for the tiniest things. The worse thing is, he denies it even though its very clear how he goes out of his way for her, and ignores me or yells at me all the time.

RIGHT likei get told that spend too much time on the phone when I just got on it so I go on the computer no go get off of that so I go to the chickens no you spend too much time with them and that's all you talk about so I go on my bike and she says go again but when he's playing games for 4+ HOURS HE DOESNT GET YELLED AT ITS JUST NOT FAIR BC SHES NEVER HAPPY WITH WHAT I DO 1 TIME AROUND THE BLOCK IS NOT ENOUGH SORRY THAT YOU WANT ME TO GO 4 TIMES AROUND WHEN THE BLOCK IS ONLY 15 MIUNTES

they say that they don't but when it comes to being yelled at or "punished" its way worse for me they don't really punish him and they make it sound like everything I do is wrong or its not enough

You are NOT an idiot. Period.
Don't beat yourself up over your parent's expectations - if you are trying to do your best even when it's hard, then screw them and be proud of yourself.
We support you no matter your grades, and I personally don't think I could get a B on most papers if I was in a school system. ( Math is damn hard. )
Being "smart" in a school sense and being *intelligent* in life is different. Most people don't even remember what they learned in school, and depending on your career most people don't need to be smart in a school sense. Intelligence is what gets people far, in my opinion.
It's important to remember that when you feel down.
You're an intelligent, helpful, awesome person. You are not an idiot.

I'm just a lil' sad right now. I worked real hard on my math grades, the deal was get a B in math and you get your phone

but now I need a B in all classes, and that will take ages..
