Well the last episode you see Adrien with Kagami and Luka with Marinette and in the S4 episodes ( they have released some episodes like 3 or 4 not in English and not on Netflix or disney+) On Yt i found some episodes with the English subtitle and Luka and Marinette dated for like an episode and bc Marinette couldn't tell luke her secret Mari broke up with him and bc Adrien got caught lying to Kgami bc he's cat noir she broke up with him so they really only dated for like the first 3 episodes
