cinnamon is heart healthy too .. although if you at enough to help your heart you would have a mouthful of burning spices... maybe it is an acquired taste...
what is your favorite spice LSKY? apple pie without some cinnamon would be a bit of a crime here.... not death penalty worthy but well.. close

Ok just checked with my UK buddy.. still in the process of immigrating here... He confirmed your comments according to the Brits WE are cinnamon over-users..
I will curb my enthusiasm and keep my pumpkin lattes' to myself... I am ashamed..
