Generally speaking, it's humid in the eastern part and dry in the western part.

Elevation change for sure causes problems. Going from a low elevation to a high elevation is bad(over 5000 feet or so). I have not heard about humidity differences from one place to another causing problems though. High humidity during hatching is a problem and often require the use of de humidifiers.

Oh, I forgot to add that going from high elevation to low elevation is not as much of a problem.

I have some but they don't say flat rate on them.

all the boxes in this page that say flat rate are flat rate. others are weight based

I though that I read that they were changing their name.....from 'flat rate' to something else.
