The Hatch That BYC Built (aka Frieda vs. the Brinsea!) (Warning--pic heavy)

I spoke too soon! I went to take a pic of how close s/he was, and by the time the phone focused, here we were:

After weeks of complaining about how hard it is to get a good pic, I finally figured out that placing the lens against the 'bator between the heating elements works quite well.

I finally got to watch a hatch

I'm leaving the other eggs in, because why not? But I think we're done. I'll take this one out to join the others in the morning and, if there aren't any pips, the 'bator's getting turned off. This is Day 23 for the eggs that have been in the 'bator the entire time, and I consider it Day 22 for Frieda's eggs.
