The Haven

Jess carried her katana and yumi out of the practice room, headed for her dorm. As she walked up a flight of stairs((I assume there's stairs in the place?)), the yazatsu thumped dully on her back. As she laid the weapons on a table and flopped onto her bed, her barn owl, Radar((I couldn't think of any better names! XD)) landed softly next to her, making no sound as it landed on the bed.

Radar hooted softly, making Jessamine smile. She sat up on the relatively plain bed, and Radar nipped her finger affectionately. "Come on," Jess stood and opened the door to the hall. The door made a soft click as it shut behind her, and she made her way to the Outdoor Simulation Center, Radar perched happily on her shoulder.

Jess slipped through the door silently, taking in the beautiful scene of the Outdoor Simulation Center. It was her favorite place out of everywhere in the Haven, and she spent quite a bit of time in here. After all, you have to feed you pet every now and then((NO FOOD For YOU!!! xD))...
Radar flew into the forest, searching for any small rodents, as owls do. The barn owl's head was constantly in motion, getting a different perspective of the area around it and getting a different range of sounds.
Jess slipped into a small, but dense, grove of trees. There was somebody else in the Outord Simulation Center, and she slipped closer to see better. With a shock she realized it was the guy she bumped into thos morning, and that dog must be his pet. Even though she had every right to be in here, she was curious and stayed out of sight, silently watching the guy.((lol not creepy at all! *sarcasm*))

(XD What the poop Mantha!!)
Zero trotted up to Allen and dropped the ball at his feet. He smiled and crouched down, scratching behind her ears like he knew she enjoyed. He saw Zero's nose twitched fractionally, and she cocked her head to the left, as if she were thinking. He stopped petting her and tapped her back lightly. She looked past him, somewhere behind him. He sat down, seemingly unconcerned, but he was a little curious as to why there was someone behind him and also why they hadn't gone downwind of them so Zero couldn't smell whoever was there. He picked up the tennis ball and threw it again, Zero, without a second thought, took off after it.

((haha. Hmmmmm,:/ maybe they weren't downwind because they weren't there to watch him.))

Jess froze. The dog looked directly at her, and her muscles loosened when she remembered she was supposed to be there. She quietly stood and walked to the edge of the grove and sat on a large rock that wasn't hidden by any trees, drawing in the dirt with a stick.
Radar returned with a plump frog in beak, then crunched it down noisily. "Ugh, can you not do that while I'm watching?" Jess said, but the amusement was evident in her voice, and she laughed softly as Radar looked at her. What? he seemed to say, You talking to me?
