I take it personally because it is personal. I am just telling you what I understand about the bill. There is a lot of nonsense going around that is simply false. There aren't death squads, and this isn't a take from the rich to give to the poor scheme. Those like yourself might just find out that the government actually does care for your daily struggles. You might begin to understand why compassion is good.

Like the nonsense of part time employees don't count towards the 50 min.

This country has made it beneficial to not work...to have kids that you cant afford to properly care for and feed..
It LITERALLY pays them ..
They get more benefits to stay low income...its become a big problem and Obama is just rewarding them ..
And as USUAL the middle working class gets to foot the bill and add more stress on THEIR families...

There is no time limit for food assistance, but there are regular financial reviews. I suppose since our bodies will always need food to live that makes sense to me. My income is increasing with each passing year from a job that I created from scratch, a job which can employ people capable enough to do it. When the income reaches the limit, the assistance will be cut. If I were not earning income, the requirements for work vary. There are requirements. And for the record, I have been employed much of my life at full time jobs which included employer provided benefits and tax contributions by me.

I have plenty of compassion...just not for moochers of the system while I am struggling.

What do you propose? A child bearing test? Only those making a certain income can have a child? And what happens when you make that first cut and then experience a crisis? Should the state just come and take your child and give him to a more stable family?

Sorry you seem to be getting upset, but your facts do not meet up with the real facts of this law.

Dennis. It is you who seem to be completely oblivious to the facts in the law. The part time issues I spoke of are correct. What are you reading?
