Well I have chicks hatching early, this has completely thrown me off just locked them down Monday and Tuesday night I hear peeping, I said no way and sure enough the little boogers are hatching, so you old pros out there what did I do wrong, all seem to be healthy.

I have two that I was sure were roosters and NOPE they are pullets. They are even starting to sing like pullets and a friend of mine looked at them and said yep pullets.

They are hatching on day 20 to 21?
