The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

About half an hour later Aria opened her eyes. Where am I-oh the last 24 hours flooded back to her, teleporting to Russia. She sat up wiping her eyes and edging her way out the room. It felt so good to be back in civilisation. She walked down the stairs shivering, she walked over to Kylan “we are in Russia right? Or am I still asleep?” She asked rubbing her arms which were covered in goosebumps.

"I- uh, one moment, Aella and I were stepping from Borealis into Misery, but then Aria shot us all over here." Ciro's hand traveled to the back of his neck before he could fight it with his established insistence upon breaking that nervous habit. "Not that I'm complaining. But it just wasn't really expected, you know?"
“Aww, come on, you are the host. And the healer. You deserve this more than anyone else,” Cam said, lifting out the bag of coins and shaking it. If she did kind of want something to show for all her heroic effort, you wouldn’t be able to tell from her expression. Even if she sort of selfishly hoped inside that Kevin would deny the gift.
Meanwhile, Nat couldn't quite compute the fact that she was stuck in this dress for an indefinite while longer and smushed her face into the nearest wall with a long-suffering groan. Today just hadn't been her day.

Colby was rocketing from room to room, practically powered by motors and springs. As he went, his excitement had him rambling incessantly, and though it was mostly to Kevin, he was almost never near enough to Kevin to be even heard by said Kevin. "Kevin, your place is so cool!" he exclaimed while sizing up the lofty ceiling. "How come you haven't told us more about it?" he queried as he perused the halls and their artistic furnishings. "Can I help you with your barn chores?" he offered hopefully as he looked out a local picture window without pressing his nose to it and smudging the glass. "How many animals do you have?"

Kevin was slowly getting more and more overwhelmed. Everyone kept talking to him, and all he wanted to do was shower and sleep. “Oh, that. There’s some sort of virus, and everything’s under quarantine. We decided my house would be the best place to stay until everything got sorted out.” he said to Ciro. He turned around to look at Cam. “No. I think you need it more than I do. Besides, I’m sure you want to show it to your family. Thank you though,” he said, before quickly getting distracted by Colby bouncing all over the house. “Uh, thank you. Chores? You can, if you want. I don’t know, no ones really asked about where I live.” He chuckled. “Honestly, I’ve lost track long ago.”

Kevin nodded. “Come get me if you need anything, m’kay?” He said, walking out of the room and closing the door behind him.

He walked downstairs, looking at Lilith when she spoke to him. “Yes. Go upstairs and take a left down the hall. Go into the first door on the left. There should be scissors and a hairbrush on the sink in the bathroom.” He said, pointing upstairs.
Lilith smiled, nodding. "Thank you, Kevin." She murmured, heading past him and jogging up the stairs, Tru at her side.
She quickly entered the room, glancing around. There was a rather large bed, two windows that were shielded by pretty yellow curtains, and a beautiful dresser made of dark brown wood. She moved over to the latter, unleashing Tru and laying his leash on it, taking off her boots and setting them beside it, her belt and dagger on top, then taking off her black hooded cloak that hung loosely on her and setting it down. Inside it was many pockets filled with many things, and loops that held countless amazing fixed blade knives that she prized from their journey. She also laid out her bracelet and camera, then gingerly took off her necklace, holding it for a moment with care before setting the treasured gift down. Her father had given her it the day he died, and she had sworn to hardly ever take it off.
She turned, whistling Tru to follow her as she stepped towards the bedroom's bathroom door, opening it and letting the two of them in. She set out a towel on the floor as to not let it get wet, and then decided to clean Tru first, scrubbing him intensely to get the Borealian dirt off the poor scruffy dog. Once she was satisfied, she let him out of the tub and shower, drying him profusely until his was just a moving fluffy ball of black fur. She soon got in the shower while he laid in the floor sleeping, making sure she herself was clean. When she got out, she put back on her undergarments and pretty blue blouse that look suspiciously like something straight out of Zelda, and her black pants.
She stared at herself in the mirror. She had not lost her naturally pale appearance, but her eyes held a new kind of luster that she'd long lost and they were no longer baggy and blood shot, however her thin skin still left her vein's creepily exposed to sight. Nor had she lost her unhealthily frail body, but she definitely looked stronger and held herself higher, no longer slouching. Many scars decorated her torso, legs, and arm. Her hair was longer and curlier, and seemed to be much thicker and an even more raven black. She didn't cover up her metal arm, either, not around her friends-- She knew they wouldn't judge her.
She turned her attention to the hairbrush and scissors, taking the brush and beginning to tend to her hair until every last little knot was out. She then took the scissors and began cutting away carefully, until her hair was trimmed just the way she wanted it-- Just as it had been months ago.
Once she was finished with her appearance, she cleaned up her hair from the floor and put it in the garbage, and put the towels in the laundry bin.
Then she went back to the bedroom, deciding to sit on the floor and play with Tru a little bit.

Noah shared Colby’s excitement, skipping from room to room. Now he was beside the fox, peering out the window. “Too bad there probably aren’t any tigers in the woods. There are tigers in Russia, but probably not here. What kind of animals does Kevin have? Does he have any... goats?” Goats fascinated Noah for some reason, probably due to their fearlessness on all terrain and their bold behavior, traits that Noah himself had. Mostly though, he was just weirded out by the slanty eyes.

Once Blair had successfully gotten Emma and Kit cleaned and asleep, she finally was able to shower and brush her hair out completely. She had loved Borealis, but she couldn't express how much better it felt to shower in boiling hot water again, and brush her hair completely. Looking at it in the mirror, it had grown quite a lot, and the blue dye had been rinsed out completely, leaving it brown again, but with more red tints due to being under the sun so much.
She dress herself back in her clothes, black pants and a dark green blouse, but left off her belt and bracelets, instead putting them on the dress in the bedroom she had chosen. Emma had already fallen asleep in the bed, but Kit was nowhere to be found, most likely downstairs looking for attention.
She laid on the bed, staring into the corner of the room, keeping herself from thinking about how strange it was to not feel Take's warmth beside her.

Kylan was sitting on one of the chairs beside the kitchen island, glancing up at Aria and giving a her a sweet smile as she came up beside him. "Oh yeah," He laughed. "we're still in Russia, and you're awake. Can you believe it? It's insane to me, I never thought I'd go to Russia..." He shook his head, glancing at Torin who was now running circles around everyone. "Or go to another dimension, meet all of you? I just thought I'd always be some kid from Kentucky who likes to draw, not... Not who I am now."

Fred blinked trying to shake the sick feeling. “How do you feel Kipp?” Fred asked
Kipp looked at Fred, his hand being the only think keeping him from staggering around as the world spun. He hated teleporting, every single time was the same. There was no getting used to it. How do I feel? Sick but.... A crooked grin spread across his face.
"Happy. You know you're dead right?" He said jokingly. "Just because it turned out fine, doesn't mean I'm not mad at you."

“Thank you, actually,” Cam said, resisting the urge to bow as she located the stairs and trotted towards them, escaping the awkward situation. Girls occupied the only bathrooms, which she had kind of expected. Let them have their fun. Cam was already washed up anyways. Thank the elves. Everyone would have gotten eaten before their “Goodbye, Thank You Travelers” ceremony if the elves hadn’t offered to let them stay in their woodland village for the night on the way through the Laefeslay. (23 miles, remember.) Thankfully, it was monster proof.
Apparently elf-maidens really enjoyed dolling people up. She found herself a bath, a new updo, and some nice ceremonial clothes in the elf village.
In the relatively empty bedroom, Cam pulled the estrellana, or “star-flower” chain out of her hair and pulled her hair out of the twist on her head and let it fall down her back. She tucked the flowers in her bag, along with her cloak.
Now, if only I could find some nice pajamas. The floaty, pale-green dress was beautiful, but it wasn’t terribly comfortable.
Now she sat on the bed, thinking thoughtful thoughts.

Having already washed up back in elf village, Hana retreated into the same bedroom that Aria occupied earlier for a nap. I guess we’re roommates? She locked the door before proceeding to change into a oversized blouse to sleep. It made her appear shorter than she actually was from how it almost went past her thighs. When she finished, she unlocked it and set her belongings in the corner of the room. She went and settled herself in the middle of bed, bringing along her sheathed katana. She sat cross-legged as she examined her calloused hands. They did not appear pretty on her small, nimble hands, but that’s what happened from wielding her katana continuously when she had to fight off enemies.
