Fred spotted something shiny on the ground. He snatched it up, “haha” he declared gleefully “the gods have answered my-oh come on its a bracelet! What am I supposed to do with a frickin bracelet?!”

“No problem.. I always got you” Take panted, bringing his hand up to her face and brushing her hair back with his fingers. He saw how messed up she was, he could see it in her face, the blood, and the tears in her sweater. “You look amazing by the way” he joked, letting out an amused laugh right as a wolf came up and snapped its muzzle around Takes thigh, making his leg buckle and forcing him in a kneeling position. “Oh sh...”She wasn't sure she she was going to make it out of this one alive. She clawed at the ground, trying to haul herself away as the wolf sank its teeth into her, letting its weight onto her back.
Then, suddenly, it was lifted.
Adrenaline had Blair lunging to her feet, taking back her control when she heard Take's voice. She only realized that she was badly wounded when Take hopped off the wolf, smelling the stench of blood that was far to close to be anyone elses.
The stabbing pain in her shoulder and rib and the blood sliding down her side told her that she had been bitten horribly, her face screwing up tightly against the pain. "T-thank you," she panted, clutching her bleeding side. She looked up at him, her hair falling into her bloody face, the curls ruined and slightly frizzy. She winced, her breath hitching. "I wasn't sure I was gonna make it out of that one."
“Run!” Kyle said, as if that weren’t obvious. Rylie scampered around a tree, and the wolves titan size became a disadvantage. It slammed into the tree and was slowed down, stumbling dizzying before it regained its bearings.Aria watched terrified as the wolves started to close in. Then the attacks happened. She watched horror plain on her face as the wolves attacked. Suddenly she heard a growl behind her, Aria whirled. The wolf leaped it’s sharp teeth bared. But Aria wasn’t there, she was standing behind it her arms folded, it turned its beady eyes fixing on her. She smiled when she realised she could lure it away from the group. It pounced again, this time Aria wasn’t expecting it. Her shrill scream sliced the air. It’s teeth sliced her arm tearing the fragile fabric of the shirt she was wearing and sinking its teeth to the bone. She lay whimpering to scared to move as it’s teeth where inches from her face. Suddenly it spotted Kyle and Rylie and bounded towards them.
“I don’t know if it would help, if we even had the time to apply it. Well, it wouldn’t help my chest anyways,” Cam replied. It felt like her lungs were flames singing her ribcage.Ellie whipped around shooting the paralysed wolf with her lasers. “We make quite a team” she laughed before she turned serious “do you know if anyone has a first aid kit? Anything we can use?”
(Technically a velociraptor would have a hard time attacking horse-sized wolves by her itty bitty self)Haddie saw the wolves, and adrenaline pulsed through her system. That was an interesting phenomenon-when she shifted, her hormones shifted with her, into whatever form of them the animal she shifted into had. So the adrenaline didn't desert her as she shifted into a velociraptor and began tearing into the wolves, not stopping to eat any of her prey, just killing-knocking the wolves off of people, ignoring them as her skin, tough as it was was torn into and shredded by the voracious demon-beasts. She roared as she saw the people they had already hurt-the ones she didn't protect well enough, and tore into the midst of a veritable hill of the wolves, at the center of which was a pile of their own dead, scorched, as Haddie vaguely recalled, by the angry fire girl, that the beasts had been feeding on. Haddie paid no heed to this, however. She paid attention only to ripping apart the wolf like creatures. While some things carried over from one change to another, like her memories and an advanced intellect, Haddie did pick up tendencies from different animals she became-she was more talkative, timid, and flighty as a bird, and as a raptor was able to become savage if needed; she ignored her pain, her rapidly mounting injuries combined with the previous wounds. She existed, in that moment as she succumbed to the predatorial instincts her body granted her, to the bloodlust, the need to kill, and to protect her young. Wait, what?
Kyle’s distraction wasn’t working as well as he’d hoped. Not that he had high expectations. “Wow, that’s really cool,” he whispered, watching the masked girl turn herself part living statue.Hana quickly came to their aid after seeing how defenseless they were. Even though she saw the boy and girl disappear, then the girl quickly reappearing again. She stood in front of them, getting in the way of a wolf that was directing itself at Maya. When it pounced, Hana brought up her katana and swung the blade right into its neck perfectly, and when it collapsed, it was already dead. Then, another wolf bounded towards Hana, snapping its muzzle around her leg, but never sinking into anything due to her active hardening that took on the appearance of jagged rock. She held her katana in both hands and ran it into the middle of the wolf’s skull, and pulled it out swiftly. She kicked her leg free and unhardened it, her skin returning to normal. Hana turned to face Maya and looked down at her branch that was supposedly now a weapon. She bent her knee up and pulled out a small dagger from the side of her boot and handed it to the girl, not saying a single word.
“Hey!” Kyle said. “Rylie! Stop that wolf!” Rylie barreled fearlessly into the wolf’s hock, going so hard as to bite it with his needle-sharp teeth. The wolf’s leg was almost as big around as Rylie’s barrel-chested body, but he need to provoke it somehow. Then the cat jumped back out of self-preservation.“No problem.. The wolf sank its teeth deeper into Takes pants to reach his flesh, thrashing its head like it was killing a small animal.
Kipp flew in a tight circle looking for who needed his help the most, the numbers of the wolves had significantly decreased, but a lot of people were now hurt.
He spotted Take and dove down again, this time sinking his claws into the soft meaty tissue of the wolfs back leg. It yelped at the shock of sudden pain releasing Take to bite at him instead. Kipp threw a punch at it's face, twisting and pulling away flesh as he flew back in to the air out of reach.
