The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Take was already sprinting away, the heat rising quickly in his legs as they carried him along. He started to laugh, finding the whole chase humorous since they were literally being pursued by rocks. Now he was just expecting them to break into some little song. When the trolls tried rolling in from the side, he used his arms to scoop them and throw them like footballs in the opposite direction before they could unravel themselves. Hot potato. He noticed Hana running alongside him, who kept casting glances over her shoulder as her pace started to slow, obviously distracted and occupied on someone else. Take followed her gaze, seeing the enormous fire that erupted a ways behind them. What are you doing back there Scarface? He growled and shot a look at Hana, shoving her forward, “You really wanna join the rocks back there?” he shouted harshly. He diverged from the group abruptly, turning back for Aella. He didn’t allow for the rocks to slow him down, jumping over and dodging as many as he could until he reached the ring of fire. Take could feel the ground shaking from the incoming rockslide as he tore through the fire wall, shielding his face with his arms. When he emerged on the other side, he rolled forward and started patting off the flames that hungrily tore at his clothing. “What the hell are you doing? I’m supposed to be the idiot that screws up!” he scolded her, visibly annoyed.
Aella's eyes widened as Take leapt through the flames, fire lapping eagerly at his clothes and skin. She hadn't expected anyone to come, least of all him. "What are you doing, Demon-Boy? You should be with your girl." She snapped, a sharp motion of her hand, raising the flames where they were dying down.
Fire was spreading across the dry grassland slowly, even though she tried to contain it. She could only hope it wouldn't spread further. She glanced down at the ground trembled beneath her feet, the flames shuddered. "It was an accident, okay? I didn't expect the rocks to start falling! How was I supposed to know?"
There was a deafening bang as the rocks came crashing down, chunk by chunk. The sound resonated, shaking her to the very bone. She looked at Take, giving a rough laugh, even though it probably wasn't the most appropriate reaction for the situation, considering the rocks would be reaching them any minute. "Great, now you've got us both screwed."

“What I do best. Saving stupid people from stupid situations.” Take retorted, ignoring her mention of Blair. She’s probably gonna yell at me for taking off like that though. A sharp, pungent smell rose into his nostrils; the scent of his own burnt skin. He would leave it to his body to heal his injuries as always. He gritted his teeth at the sight of the rocks and boulders that came crashing towards them, “I don’t give a crap if it was an accident or not, get going already!” he hissed, hurriedly yanking Aella by the arm and pushing her in the direction he felt she would be out of harms way. “Don’t look back unless you plan on dying” he admonished as he ran right behind her, trying his best not to lose his balance on the uneven trembling ground.

Noah sighed with relief once he realized what they were. He thought he'd seen enough strange things on Borealis to know what was threatening or not.

"Nah, it's a verb in their language," Korim said. "If it helps any, they're calling you ugly right now." The trolls were chirping and chattering in their language.

"No, as long as you don't poke them with a stick, they'll leave us alone," Korim said. "So please do n... NOAH BY STARS!"
Noah had found a stick, somehow on this barren scree slope, and was now caught in the act of poking one with it, due to Kipp's wonderful suggestion. But it was already too late.
Fire was already in the trolls' dead grey eyes.
"RUUUUUUNNNN!" Korim screamed. Cam began to stumble west, so he added "UPHILL!"
Like the opposite of a rockslide, the trolls rolled up into little stone balls and rolled up towards the group. going as fast as you could hope to go uphill.
Aria bolted fast, she looked around her the trolls were probably going to kill them

The rocks from the upper slope started tumbling fast downhill. (RUN GUYS)
“Oh crap” Ellie whispered before she cursed under her breath and bolted. Aria looked around for the kids and Kylan, she had to get both before she could teleport the heck away from there. Eve ran as fast as she could which put her up the front of the group as she was quite fast. Fred was falling behind and couldn’t keep up quite as well as the others in the group. His glasses kept fogging up and his legs just weren’t cut out for fleeing at a fast rate. “Heeellllpppp meeeee” he cried as he ran, he felt the dust from the rocks which were fast approaching on the back of his legs, he needed a miracle now

Aella flinched back as his hand came towards her, expecting a slap for being stupid. But he only pushed her forward. "But fire-" she breathed, then stopped. Who was she kidding? Even if the flames were out of control, she was fire.
And she bolted right through the faltering flames.
She didn't really care if he got left behind or not, her self preservation instincts kicking in. She kept her balance easily even on the shaking, rocky ground, jumping from random rock to random rock with ease. "Hurry up, Demon-Boy! I really don't want to explain to your girl that you died because you came back to rescue me."

Blair paused, a frantic cry for help reaching her ears. She pushed Emma ahead to Aria, Kit frantic on the littles girls heels. As long as they kept moving, they were safe.
But she turned, skidding down the rocky slope as fast as she could, grabbing Fred by the arm and yanking him forward. "Move, kid!" She snapped, her eyes a wild golden. She paused, even though it was probably the dumbest thing to do. She was deafened by the noise of the rocks, but her gaze caught two shapes moving up the hill.
Aella, darting over rocks like she had done it a million times before, but Take was falling behind. "What the hell are you doing, Take?!" She yelled down, panic crawling along her skin as she narrowly avoided a falling rock. She couldn't leave until he was safe. Why did he have to risk himself for her of all people?

(this type of unsatisfactory content is all y'all are gonna get until August 23rd, BUT, HEY, AT LEAST YOU'RE GETTING IT)
Ciro was too busy trying to finagle ol' nameless, genderless, and personalityness direwolf back into his arms before they were overtaken by vengeful rocks to take any notice of the various plights around him.

Colby ran.

Nat looked around for Colby, then, finding him conveniently absent and hopefully self-sufficient, she grabbed the nearest kid and tossed them onto her back before rocketing into the glory of a leggy 13-year-old's unbeatable hyperdrive.

Take shielded his face once again from the flames, his skin terribly scorched from another helping of the inferno he admired.

“What do you think you’re doing kid?!”

A shout of middle aged man came behind Take, who was enjoyably watching a large green garage container that he set ablaze.

He surely overstayed his welcome.

The man stormed up to Take, grabbing him by the back of his shirt and yanked him back so the three-eyed boy faced him “You little arsonist! Are you the one that has been setting all these garbage cans on fire?!” he screamed, the mans face turning as red as a beet.

Take quietly observed how gross and oily this man was, with his poor hairline that struggled to remain intact and frayed eyebrow hair that went every which way. His lip twitched, and slowly, a devious and cynical smiled curled on his mouth while the man babbled on about calling the cops. He clenched his right fist, heat rising in it quickly before he socked the man right in the stomach. He watched the man fall to the ground, groaning and cradling his stomach. Once Take was released from the oily hands of his captor, he took off as fast as his short legs could go, leaving behind his tiny box of matches. The man whistled weakly through his nose, rasping a distasteful “Damn demon..”

Take clambered from rock to rock, trying to keep up with Aella towards the group. He heard her urge him, Come on, I can’t slow down now.. Me and slow don’t go together.. He gathered momentum and pushed himself to go faster, ignoring the injuries his body took. This is nothing. This is just some parkour. A wide grin spread across his face when Blair’s yell rang out, “Running!” he yelled back sarcastically.

Charlie looked back and almost tripped over a rock in the process. He cursed. Then he hoped that his brother hadn’t heard him. Then he internally yelled at himself to focus- now was not the time to be thinking about his brother’s vocabulary. Fred was falling behind and no one else had seemed to notice. Great.
Charlie looked around for Aria. Didn’t someone say something about teleporting? Alex was fast becoming a dead weight on his arm, and he would much rather have him somewhere else if the alternative was being trampled or eaten or whatever else the trolls wanted to do to them. Even if no one had said anything about teleporting, she could still teleport. If he shoved a child at her, she’d get the message, right? So, after locating Aria, Charlie proceeded to shove Alex at her. “Teleport!” He yelled in explanation. Then, he ran towards Fred, which was definitely not the way he was supposed to be going.

Maya looked back and saw Take and Aella about to be squished by rocks. These people are insane!
