The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Take distanced himself from the growing group, becoming crowded and eventually they’d be up behind him. Which he desperately wanted to avoid. He went and sat up against one of the nearby trees, keeping his eyes on the group just in case they headed out. But for now, it just seemed like they were all being social butterflies and developing little friendships, which wasn’t for Take. He brought up one of his knees and rested his arm on top. We gotta find those younger brats though, the ones that got separated.. like Blair’s niece.
Aella looked down when she saw someone approaching, killing the young, hungry flame with a single squeeze of her fist, watching it wither and flickering out, smoking briefly.
Narrowed eyes fell upon the pink haired head below her, who didn't seem to notice her. Smirking, she tilted her head up, plucking a leaf from above her head, examining it throughly. It was odd, triangular with sharp edges if she poked them. Uninterested in it, though, she glanced by down and dropped it, watching it flutter onto the pink haired person below her.

Eve glanced around the room. She longed to talk to all the people, she slouched. Why couldn’t she just be normal? Why of all the powers did she have to get the power to kill people with her voice?
Hana spun around to step away from the group as she heard what she wanted. She came up to the pale freckled girl with uniquely colored eyes. She snatched the pad of paper and pencil from her hands, eyeing what was on it through her mask. Quickly, she jotted something down on the paper and handed it back to her in a quiet manner.
Nice power.

Eve blinked at the girl. She smiled and took the paper back and started to write.
How do you know what my power is?
She handed the paper to the girl with the mask.

Hana scribbled on it again, showing it to her. I saw when you wrote it down and showed that guy, plus you have to be carrying this stuff for a reason.

The leaf fluttered like a silent weapon, closing in on Take when it pricked his exposed shoulder. He didn’t react, and simply glanced at it quietly, his hand tearing it off. He tossed it to the ground, his eyes slowly looking up into the tree, spotting the scar girl. He scowled and got to his feet, throwing himself far up into the tree to join her. He sat on a thick branch that was a bit below her, “Watch where you drop your things, you’re lucky it didn’t hurt me.” he muttered.

”Well, I think the only reasonable thing to do would be to go out and leave this platform, explore the forest. Together. Staying together. I'm certain our purpose here is not to just sit and wait to get eaten by birds.” He looked meaningfully at the very large bird soaring overhead. Of course, regular sized birds tended to be dangerous for him as well.

”Yeah, we should. Maybe there’s some kind of thing around here that likes taking singular, individualized children with them.” Sort of like a grizzly bear. But not.

”Do you need any help?” Kyle asked, scampering over to where the salamander was. Rylie followed like a fluffy brown thunderhead, sniffing the amphibian.
”Shoo!” Kyle brushed him away. ”I’m very good at applying bandages and the like. I just don't have all the supplies.” He reached into his pockets and shook his head, before looking hopefully at backpack kid.
Kipp grimaced at her oddly specific idea of what happened. "Don't, don't tell me you saw something like that." He said in a hushed voice.

“Thanks for the heads up,” he said, in a sarcastic, but amused tone. Bane then got to his feet, leaning against the tree for support as he felt his nose to make sure it was still functioning. Once he was sure it was in working order, he focused his gaze on his surroundings. His eyes lingering for a moment on the trail of mud which ran across a limestone dais, his brain suddenly putting two and two together. Oof. That’s embarrassing. His attention then turned towards all the other people that were around him, many looked just about as confused as he felt. There were others, however, that were acting as if this were some sort of unexpected family reunion. It wasn’t long before Bane began to notice the unique appearances of some of these individuals. He spotted a boy and girl who both had wings sprouting from their backs and a pink-haired dude with, his eyes did a double take, yes, with three eyes. His gaze traveled again, this time landing on a man who was roughly the size of a ken doll and standing next to a fluffy tabby cat. “I must’ve hit my head harder than I thought...” he muttered to himself.
(who's the winged girl? Don't tell me Annie's here. )

Juliana followed his gaze to the group for the most part all huddled together in a circle. She hadn't noticed the winged boy before, looks like the fire girl wasn't the only weird one. There were a few others too that looked different from what she would expect. She curled her nose squinting at them suspiciously, they all seemed pretty comfortable here. They were probably behind this whole thing. Aliens? Aliens aren't real. But, how else can these weirdos be explained?
"So, are you human?" She asked, an accusatory tone in her voice. "Or are you one of these 'Special power Freaks'?"

(Annie’s not here?! I better send Ellie to go get her ;))
