If it was scientifically possible, Ciro's eyes would've lit up and attained an entirely different color. As it was, they were still luminous. He gazed down at his healed hand, which was shiny with a youthful bloom. "Gracias, gracias, thank you," he gushed, taking Chicken Man's nearest hand and shaking it with vigor.
Ciro watched the woman with the wild ginger hair pass out and be tended to in a flurry of concern. Making sure to stay on the sidelines, he got up and rocked on his feet in place. That is, rocked on one shoed foot and one shoeless foot. Nice. "Is there anything I can do?" he offered quietly while Chicken Man worked on the unconscious woman, then his jaw actually did drop as he witnessed the patient become an amphibian right before their eyes. "Oh, she can cambio de forma." He shook out his hair. "I mean, shapeshift... right?" Then his brow arched. "Wait." He ran his gaze around the individuals nearest to him. "Do all of how have, uh, abilities?"
Kevin smiled down at Ciro. “It’s... no problem.” he said, shaking his hand.
Once he freed himself from Ciro’s grasp, he moved back to his spot under the tree, calling the chickens over.
He watched the newcomers warily. He hoped they weren’t violent, seeing as one of them could shoot lasers out of her eyes. So far they seemed friendly enough.
Kevin swung the shotgun off of his back and laid it on the grass next to him, leaning against the tree. I need to get home. He thought, partially closing his eyes.
Clary looked around as more people she recognized arrived, searching the crowd for Charlie. She liked Charlie. Charlie was nice, and funny. After no sign of him, she frowned, moving towards where the members of the coffee shop gathered. “Hey,” Clary said, giving a half wave.
