Kylan frowned, glancing at Eve and then back to Aria. What'd she'd do? Flip out, start talking and Kevin had to heal anyone who didn't cover their ears? "What happened?" He asked under his breath, not wanting to draw any attention.

Kipp made his way back to where he thought they'd come through the night before. A short search around dragons jewels producing the dark blue clunky looking sword. He picked it up sticking the unfinished hilt through one of his empty belt loops. He hoped it would stay put without him having to hold it there, and that it wouldn't pull his pants down.
He frowned at the glittering things on the floor, one particular thing catching his eye. He bent down untangling it from the other things, and smiled before stuffing it in his pocket. While he was crouched he looked around, trying to decide if there was anything else that looked interesting. Not far from where he was he spotted a tiny toy like thing. It looked like a flying peacock, except it was made of some kind of rock or glass. He wasn't entirely sure what it was. But it looked cool. He picked that up too, flipping it over in his hands as he made his way back to the group. He pulled the jerky from his pocket that he'd taken from Hana the night before, putting the little bird toy in free space, and ate. He'd intended to eat it the night before, but sleep had happened first.

Korim, Cam, Kyle, and Noah ate food, too hungry to bother socializing.
(Shh, I noticed, but it's Korim Corim so I thought I'd get away with it.)
Blair grinned, huffing a laugh at the little sound effects he made, clearly still half asleep. She was quite surprised that her hand had still been joined with his all night, especially since she knew she slept uneasy, often moving quite a bit. She blamed it on Kit, even though the dog probably only laid down maybe an hour or so before, instead of admitting to herself she was just scared something else was going to happen to him.
Emma's stirring brought her back to reality, and soon both she, Kit and most of the other group members were awake and talking. She groaned, burying her head against Take's neck. "Do you think they have coffee here?" She muttered sarcasticly against his neck. I'm gonna need it if we're going to be doing this crap today.
Take snorted, “You still haven’t found a substitute for your coffee addiction yet?” He let go of her hand to assist himself in counting the days they had been in Borealis. Finger counting was the only effective way for him to do any type of math without having calculator. Even though most of the time it wasn’t accurate. He screwed up his face as he held up five fingers, “Has it been five days.. or?” He put his hands away, getting straight to the point. “Maybe there’ll be a coffee kingdom out here you can rule and have all the coffee you’ll ever want.” he smirks, watching everyone reanimate from their slumber. It’ll be one hell of a day huh...
"I do not have a coffee addiction." That was a lie. But maybe if she said it indignantly enough it would come across as the truth. Probably not, though. She lifted her head off his shoulder, shrugging. "I think so. Something like that, I haven't been paying attention." She snorted at his remark, pulling herself into a more upright position and crossing her legs. "If only," she murmured, stretching her arms and legs, her muscles stiff, hearing her bones crack, making her wince even though it didn't hurt. The sound wasn't very pleasant. "If we don't run for our lives, I'll be fine. But knowing this place, our luck isn't that great." She was both joking and not, as she stood, offering Take her hand, planning to go see what everyone else was discussing.
Kipp waited for Kyle to tell them all what they were going to do, half doubting he even knew himself. He'd insisted they all eat breakfast before he said anything. Watching him nibble at such a tiny piece of food, for longer than anyone else took to eat made it difficult to keep from laughing. Maybe Kyle just liked to savour having everyone waiting on him.
His eyes wandered to the others that had escaped with them. The light brown skinned girl with freckles was holding a piece of fruit getting the tiny half deer girl to eat it. He had no idea how to guess her age but from her size he'd say she was probably about 3. The man sitting next to her seemed extremely relaxed watching her with a small smile on his face. The greenish boy still slept on his lap snuggled tightly against his chest.
He wondered how they were going to find the kid's parents, they could be from anywhere. Even apparently a whole other planet. He looked around at the other kids around the cave who had come from Earth. They had somehow managed to find, and rescue all of them.
They were likely to have nightmares for a long while, but he hoped they were young enough that it would eventually fade away, and not stick with them for the rest of their lives.
"Ok Kyle. What are we doing?" He asked, not letting him finish the one tiny crumb he'd been working on for what seemed like forever.

Everyone had awoken by now.
Kyle looked around. Rylie had received a piece of jerky from Cam who looked sympathetically upon the gigantic cat’s meowing.
Rylie was now sitting majestically and Kyle crawled up to perch on his head.
“Okay... now is the time I should tell you what we’re up against...”
