The Borealis bloodline, when at full strength, can give the body abilities, yea? What kind is it limited to? How strong were the original beings on a scale from celestial to just unusually talented ?
And how likely is it for a diluted person (one that would play in this rp) to have diluted/watered down abilities?

So far there's not been a limit as to what kind of ability a person could have. I would say, probably not celestial powers, though that hasn't specifically been excluded... We don't know anything about the Borealis people so. What ever you want. ??
