W always sounds like a V. If you want an English W sound, the letter looks like this: ł

Heh, no. Though I've watched plenty of Korean shows with subs.

I know enough to be able to tell chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Japanese, and Korean apart by sound, but Japanese is the only one I know actual words in. I doubt I could function in Japan speech wise. I'm just saying it's easier than French, Spanish, and English. English being the only language I can communicate in.
