The Hobbit

Awesome! surprisingly violent though and not suitable for 10 yrs and under.
Cool! Yeah, I don't think we are bringing anyone to young, besides my little brother, who won't really care how violent it is. I'm trying to convince my dad to take us to see it in 3D, but he doesn't think we should (even though I offered to pay the extra). He thinks it might be too much I guess.... (even though none of us really get motion sickness).

I didn't get motion sickness at all and I saw it at 3d. At first my eyes kind of hurt as they got adjusted but the quality of the movie looks better in the 3d than in 2d It was awesome.

Cool, I think I finally convinced to (maybe) watch it in 3D. I'm a HUGE J.R.R Tolken fan so I am really exited

One critic point about the movie that I kind of agree with is that it is "long with little" The movie was setup to be in 3 parts next one in 2014 then 2015 or 2013 then 2014.

I saw it the other day and LOVED it. The 3D was awesome, and it seemed to follow the book really (although it has been a little while once read it). Can't wait for the next one!

I started to fall asleep during some scenes. It was still a decent movie.

Pros
They added content from Tolkien's other works to flesh it out.

Cons
The chase in the Orc cave was too unbelievable.
The wargs chasing the brown wizard with the rabbits was hokey.
