We do get a few frosts a year but that is usually more inland than the coasts. My girl is almost 11 months old now. Her eggs are huge and very delicious. I stick with chicken eggs for eating and the duck eggs I use for baking. Right now I am collecting all the eggs she lays and have been hatching out ducklings every week and selling them. The next several batches I am keeping for myself because I want to increase my flock.

I have 2 white 2yo Campbell girls who's sibling (that was lost to a fox) was a lovely khaki Campbell boy. Have got to say that I adore Campbell's and will always have Campbell's :) my girls are so friendly (but can be nervous with new people) and have suck wonderful characters. My kids and all their friends love playing with them.
