!! I love my Khakis also and, yes, the drakes can become aggressive. When I had two drakes one became dominant and would keep chasing the other drake away from the flock. I still have him and now five ducks but he only likes four of them and continually segregates the fifth one from the flock, a normal duck behavior.

For posting pictures, locate the tool bar above the area where you type in your message with the smiley face on it. On the far left of that toolbar segment is a photo icon. Click on it then go the the folder on your computer where you keep your photos and click on the ones you want to post then just follow the instructions. Can't wait to see your pics!

hi i have 1 female khaki cambell and 1 female black cayuga duckling they r 2 weeks old they are attached to each other like sisters im having a blast with them but i find the khaki is a little more agressive and protective than the cayuga i also have 8 chicks i put them in the coop during the days that r warm so far they get along pretty good

Hi Cacajou! I love you photos! Thanks for your instructions too! Think I will have to get onto my husbands pc though since my iPad says " rich text editior is not compatible with your browser" ... I've tapped every possible icon to get around this but not happening I try later because we've had a huge flood here in our area/valley and in many parts of coastal Australia, as much as 450 mm in some areas! We are o.k and the ducks had an amazing time! Lol. I did take pix. And will try to post them later. We've got a lot of cleaning up to do today since the flood waters have dropped, so will work on the photos when order is back! Thanks again for your pix. and message. Victoria.

Hi Victoria. Thanks and you are welcome. Good luck with putting things together after the flood. Of course, ducks do thoroughly adore high water and any extra wet areas during and after a rainstorm. i just changed out brooder for my 2 ducklings cuz they were outgrowing it now they seem quiet will changing out brooders stress them out

Changes for ducks need to be gradual. Sudden shifts in their environment will tend to freak them out. They will assess, reassess, reassess again, talk about it, think about it, talk about it some more, and then when they deduce that all is well things will be okay.

I have 1 Khaki duckling right now! She's 1 1/2 weeks old. I'm thinking about naming her Sage. All my recent pics of her are on my laptop, so I'll have to get them up later, but here is her at a couple days old:
