I'm working on it. Going to church now - donuts and coffee first. A girl must do what she needs to do.

Chicken world? I have too many birds, I can't build more space cuz it won't stop raining and the mud is terrible! I have eggs in the bator for Mahonri's Easter Hatch, I've joined Chookchicks Turkey Hatch and have more eggs coming...so yeah, life is fine! LOL!!

So far today, I have written a to-do list as long as my arm. (I love lists! I can't explain it.) Then, went with my son and his fiancee to visit the venue where they will get married this summer.

Then, had lunch at my favorite taco truck, went to the farmer's market, went to the feed store for Stall Dry (repeat after me, "no chicks, no chicks, no chicks"), and then to the nursery for a few new plants. It is nearly 4pm and I haven't gotten out in the yard yet.

But, it's daylight savings time and Spring Break!

My friends, make the most of what is left. Treasures lurk around time's next corner, no matter how dark the shadows on this side. Enjoy the day for what it is. Spend no time crying over what it is not.

I'll try to think of a new question before the day is out.

I can't remember the name of the song, but one that EVERYONE yells during is the one that goes, I dance, I shout (everyone SHOUTS!), I praise. I completely lost the rest of the lyrics in my brain, but I just LOVE that song. I love worship music.

I made red beef enchiladas, and green chicken ones, and I have to say that two HUGE pans did not go as far as I feel they should. I only have enough left overs for one lunch!!!! BOO HISS!

So, you're feeding an army. It's been so long since I had to feed an army that I barely remember how to cook anything serious anymore.
