I ordered some fabric and the bright yellow I found, I just had to get because of the name as much as the look of it. Here is the fabric:

And 4 yards of this 108" wide tone-on-tone quilt backing fabric (had a very generous gift card)--it was only $7.95/yd at Amazon through Fabric.com with free shipping on a $35 or more order. That is an awesome price for the wide fabric!

Guess you can tell I love purple and gold, huh? I also adore greens and may just get some of that, too, but haven't decided.

I hate cutting fabric, anybody want to do it for me? I am just making aprons but I chose a stripe and have to make sure it is all lined up right!!!!! arg!

That is why I ordered the wide fabric for backing my next big quilt. I hate piecing the backings!
