"That's Griffin," Nisha answered. "He just sort of hangs around, I guess. See through the trees there?" Nisha pointed into a misty, dark forest that seemed to almost hum in the darkness. Siren's voice could be heard stronger here, but The Terror could not just yet. She was located deeper in the heart of the Land of Nightmares.

Meb looked at them. "So you don't notice the giant chicken over here?"

 

[Amer]

Nisha did not look as surprised as Suliya did - clearly she had been here longer. "What are you doing, Meb?" she laughed.
