Suliya glanced nervously back at Griffin, who looked like he was trying to keep from exploding or something. All of this was making her very nervous.

Gossamer lowered from the sky like a spy, and told Suliya, "Don't worry, he's just trying not to go to nightmare land." She then summoned the bestest mealworms in da world and plopped them in front of him. If that didn't appease him, he wasn't a chicken.

Griffin's eyes got huge and he had a grand mealworm feast. He ate every one of them in about 10 seconds because he was a greedy chicken and didn't want Meb to steal any. Sooo tasty...

Gossamer smiled, satisfied her strategy had helped Griffin remain in the dream realm.
