"That's Griffin," Nisha answered. "He just sort of hangs around, I guess. See through the trees there?" Nisha pointed into a misty, dark forest that seemed to almost hum in the darkness. Siren's voice could be heard stronger here, but The Terror could not just yet. She was located deeper in the heart of the Land of Nightmares.

Meb looked at them. "So you don't notice the giant chicken over here?"

Griffin looked smugly at Meb, as if to say, "They saw me first". He ruffled his feathers as they got closer to the Middle Realm.

 

[Amer]

"Hmph! Well I'm still bigger! Replied Meb. (Little rivals...)

 

[Thing2]

Suliya wasn't sure what to think of the arguing chickens, so she turned back toward the eery singing coming from the dark, misty forest.

[Amer]

Meb followed them into the spooky forest, humming Despacito very loudly.

Suliya kinda liked Meb's humming. It took her mind off of the creepy noises coming from the forest around them.

 

[Amer]

"Baby I know something something BURRITO!
Oh Despacito! Yeah, yeah...
Nuh, nuh naaa!
Baby I know, something, something, something DORITO!
Oh Despacito! Yeah, yeah."
Meb sang at the top of her lungs.

Griffin stuck out his tongue at Meb. He felt himself start to become more and more nightmare. He growled and crowed, trying to drown out Siren's voice.

Suliya glanced nervously back at Griffin, who looked like he was trying to keep from exploding or something. All of this was making her very nervous.

 

[Rubysword]

Gossamer lowered from the sky like a spy, and told Suliya, "Don't worry, he's just trying not to go to nightmare land." She then summoned the bestest mealworms in da world and plopped them in front of him. If that didn't appease him, he wasn't a chicken.
