Nessa was shaking with fear, but she managed to step toward it, her gun ready. Then she had a sudden thought. What if we're in its territory? "Rayne, do you think we're in its territory?! It probably thinks we're threatening it!" If aliens even have territory.

"I don't know..."
Rayne screamed. The creature let out a roar and bolted toward them with its huge bulky legs - whatever it was.
"Let's head back, then!" she yelled in between breaths.

"Okay!" Nessa grabbed Rayne's hand and dragged her onto her her hoverboard, flipping it around and racing back toward camp (unless she's on her flying device thing).

Wind whipped Rayne's hair as she struggled to stay upright on the hoverboard. She saw the horrible creature's tiny, beady red eyes stare right into her own as they cruised over the surface of that foreign planet, blood rushing out of her face again.

"Is it following us?!" Nessa yelled back to Rayne.

Rayne squinted in the desert air. A dark shape over the horizon seemed to get larger and larger.
"I think... I think it is," she stammered.

"We shouldn't lead it back to camp!" Nessa yelled above the rushing wind. Although she knew it was a risk, she veered off into the unknown territory, heading away from camp.

Ruby frowned, growling through her teeth. They had been here for less than a day, and already, things were going awry. She watched Nessa veer away, and decided to go higher, to try and see what sort of monster they were facing. As she got a good view of it, she nearly stopped midair. "What the tater?" she gasped.

Nessa noticed Ruby's shocked expression. "What is it?!" She shouted up to her.

Ruby was speechless with fear and surprise. "It.... I think it's a.... T-rex mixed with a spider?!?!?"

Nessa twisted around and glanced back at her pursuer. Ruby's description was surprisingly accurate.
