Maddox saw her discomfort and was unhappy to have caused it. "Thanks being in the house helps, not many fire mages around though. My dad is the one who gave me his powers, I wish he was here to teach me how to control them better. But that's not important now. I do pretty well most of the time so don't be afraid i am going to burn you or something." He replied he didn't want her to be scared of him or anything. He hope they could help her.

Ara looked to him again and gave him a small smile "I'm not afraid." She said then looked away and frowned a little again "I lost my parents too, recently. That isn't easy either."

She would be taken to multiple clinics and government clinics to try to "fix" their daughter. Amethyst, seeing no point in staying with her parents anymore, left them, changed her name, and dyed her hair purple, starting a new life. She got a job and started working in the city, not being caught because she never used her powers and befriended and even dated some of the government officials. One by one, they ditched her, leaving her heartbroken. She headed to the woods to build her own house deep within it, but often goes to mage house
