Luka nodded, laying down slowly. He whispered "I'm sorry I captured you. I'll get you out of here too." He thought for a second, before asking "Why do you want me to stay once we escape?"
Elliot chuckle softly at her comment. He replied softly "so don't know. I think afternoon?"
Maddox followed heading outside and then turning to wait for the others. He had no idea where they were going exactly, nor how they were going to get there.
Ara walked out with them, thanking Maximillion for holding the door then glancing around. "Do you guys have a car or something? I don't." She said, looking to them again.
Jade blushed and looked away at that. She half shrugged then sighed. "Because you don't have anywhere else to go. Because you are risking your career and life for me. Because I like you."
MAximilian shook his head, replying "We will head to a nearby hardware or moving company and rent one. Does that work?" HE looked at the two for an answer, preparing his mini how-not to get-caught speech.
Luka was flooded by emotions. There was nothing else to describe it. He didn't understand what he felt. But he wanted something, he wanted her, for her to care for him and for him to care for her. He slowly took her hand, planting a soft and very delicate kiss before setting her hand on her lap, waiting for a reaction.
Jade blushed deeply at that and dipped her head, unable to hold his gaze now. She wouldn't let go of his hand though, holding it as if to prove that he really had just kissed it.
