Adrianna finally managed to unstick the tape from her mouth and shouted at Shaherii "Danica and Raven will never let you get away with this!"

"Shut up!" Darkus snarled, the guards retaping her mouth.

Adrianna growled and bit one of the guards fingers when he tried to replace the tape, drawing blood.

"Aie!" he screeched, slapping her.

Adrianna staggered backwards from the blow, placing a hand gingerly to her face. She was the youngest of the three sisters, only 12 years old and wasn't as well-trained as her sisters.
