Maria shook her head, "No, I'm not. I take care of myself." She told him.

Maria didn't really know anything about Jack yet, so she wasn't really interested in having him stick around any more than any other stranger she could meet. "Hm, well, goodbye then. Stay safe." Maria told him.

Willow finally gets up and starts slowly walking down the alley, using a brick wall as support

Maria went back inside of her shelter. She managed to find a rusty pot a few days ago, and had a few gallons of water. So with all of the herbs and weeds she had found, she could make some soup once the fire was ready. Not very good soup, but still something that was good for her.

She went a little ways away from her shelter and gathered dry leafs and sticks. Making a fire pit with sticks, dead leafs, and rocks, she decided that it was ready to start a fire.

Maria used her small axe to chop a small chunk of wood off of a stump, and got a rather short, smooth stick. She started using the bow-drill method to create a fire.
