I am looking for chicks! I will be in Franklin Thursday, August 1. I am wanting a good broody breed. I was just given another coop so I am really open to other breeds too

I am also on the hunt for geese.

My silkies are INSANELY broody. Sheesh! I think I'm down to four of them growling at me. It has been closer to ten broody all summer so far. Silly girls! It is entirely too hot to be broody.

Yes just pullets. I can't have more roos. I have too many now lol. I need some broodies. I am willing to try my luck on chicks if anyone has them though. Can ya'll give me some good broody breeds to look for. What about Orps?

Marans are a bloody lot....like Anne I have had up to 10 at a time in my Marans pen....they are thinning out some....well they were but I seem to find more and more in the nest box everyday......I have lots and lots of pullets and hens too.

What pullets do you have? On second thought I would be interested in any pullets in any breed
